Registration

Enrollment for the fall begins in February. Families have a choice of two calendars: the Toms River School Calendar (180 days) or the BNS Early Learning Center (195 days). Please note that we offer an additional summer camp calendar that is separate from fall registration.

Fall Tuition

For your convenience, tuition is divided into ten equal payments due the first of each month. The first payment is due in July as a tuition deposit. The tuition deposit secures your child's enrollment in our program. The 2nd payment is due September 1st and ends with your final payment May 1st. A late fee of $2 per day will be assessed for all late payments. Beachwood Nursery School expenses are paid by tuition; therefore, no deductions will be made for daily or extended absences or emergency closings. Snow days will be added according to Toms River Schools calendar. We require a four week written notice prior to a student withdrawal before prepaid tuition can be refunded. Bi-Weekly payment plans are available for families registered for the Early Learning Center. An administrative fee may be applied. Electronic Funds Transfer is also available for convenient automatic tuition payments.

Registration Requirements

Preschool Through Kindergarten Age Programs

• Children should be three by October 1st
• Children should be toilet trained by the start of school
• Children must have the required immunizations to enter preschool and/or childcare. Please refer to the NJ Department of Health's required immunization schedule.
• Payment of a non-refundable registration fee
• Completed & Signed enrollment form

Infant & Toddler Programs

• Children must have the required immunizations to enter preschool and/or childcare.
• Please refer to the NJ Department of Health's required immunization schedule.
• Payment of a non-refundable registration fee
• Completed & Signed enrollment form

To complete the enrollment process for all programs, the following forms are to be received by BNS no later than July 1st:

• Universal Child Health Record completed & signed by a health professional
• Parent questionnaire/ESI-R
• Immunizations
• Special care plan
• Yellow emergency/release & medical release card
• EFT Automated Tuition Payment Form
• Suncscreen/Insect Repellent Permission Form

For Infant/Toddler Program

• Individual Care Plan
• Diaper Cream Permission
• Bottle Verification Form
